conjunction with the Heart United, the
Milton M. Hurwitz ExerCare Fitness Center offers medically
supervised exercise programs tailored to each individual's needs. With the
assistance of the professional staff at ExerCare and the right balance of aerobic conditioning, stretching, strength
training and lifestyle
modification, individual goals can be set and achieved. These programs take
place in ExerCare's state-of-the-art, hospital-based fitness center.
