Senior Wellness Program
Chair Aerobics
Chair aerobics serves as a perfect workout for people with diabetes or those wanting to practice an alternative to regular aerobics.
In chair aerobics, you don't need any special equipment or clothing. All you need is a chair. A member from our physical therapy staff leads participants through various movements that improve heart health, control blood sugar and strengthen knees, abdomen, ankles, calves, upper body, shoulders and more. All are set to some of the best popular music from past eras.
