Birth Center
In the Birth Center at Owatonna Hospital you're going to meet two incredible people. The other one will be your nurse. We work hand in hand with Owatonna Clinic obstetricians, pediatricians and family medicine physicians. And, we offer prenatal classes along with other support and education for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Parent Advisory Council
At the heart of patient- and family-centered care are dignity and respect, information sharing, participation and collaboration It’s based on the belief that patients, families and healthcare providers are partners. This means everyone has input into decisions and choices to best meet the needs of the patient. Who knows better how it feels to be a patient than the parents we serve?
As a result, our Parent Advisory Council gives families a voice in decisions that affect patient care and family experiences. The council, which includes families and patient care staff, shapes and promotes family-centered values at Owatonna Hospital.
