• led a system-wide hospital patient flow collaborative
• developed a process to improve productivity by coordinating communication between more than 85 hospital department managers and networking organizations around the country
• served as interim manager of respiratory care at Abbott Northwestern Hospital
• managed the post-merger of integration of clinic groups that have joined the Allina system
• served as a member of transaction teams that negotiated system mergers, acquisitions and partnerships
• completed a system-wide review of uncompensated care and presented findings and recommendations to a committee of the Allina Board of Directors
• served as interim manager for a behavioral health outpatient clinic
