In 2007, Buffalo Hospital received the Minnesota Hospital Association (MHA) Best Minnesota Hosptial Workplace Award for the third time in the small hospital category.
In 2006, Buffalo Hospital received the Minnesota Hospital Association (MHA)Community Health Committment Award for its commitment to community health.
In 2005, Buffalo Hospital recieved the Minnsota Hospital Association (MHA) Innovator of the Year in Patient Care Award for implementing one of the most integrated electronic medical record systems in the nation. The hospital also recieved an award in 2003 for implementing InstyMeds, a prescription drug delivery system.
