Continuing Yoga (Minneapolis, Minn.)
In this six-week class, deepen your practice as you learn new yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation practices. This style of yoga invites you to move slowly and with awareness, relaxing mind, body and spirit.
Class requires the ability to get down to the floor and up again. Must have taken Beginning Yoga or have permission of instructor to register for this class.
Classes are on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m., starting October 23 (no class November 27). Cost for the series is $89. Allina Hospitals & Clinics employees receive a 15 percent discount.
